What You Need to Play Rumpt

  • 1 or more 54 card decks of: 52 playing cards and 2 Jokers
  • 1 Rumptd Card for every 54 card deck 

(It’s best to have 2 decks if you have over 7 players, 3 decks if you have over 15 players)

How to create a Rumptd Card: 

DIY:

  1. find a playing card from another deck
  2. using a purple magic marker color the edge of the card.
  3. mark the card’s face with “RUMPTD”.  See downloadable stensils.  

DIY 2:

  1. partner with one of the graphics geniuses you know
  2. have the genius create a RUMPTD card template
  3. buy a standard deck of cards and use the template to make every card in the deck a RUMPTD card.
  4. make friends by giving out you extra RUMPTD cards to other less graphically-connected than you.

If all else fails:

  • buy a RUMPTD Card from rumptd.com
  • or buy a RUMPTD Card Deck or two from rumptd.com

The observant player should be able to see, by colored edge, where the RUMPTD Cards are located in the Discard Pile or The Pile.
